Apex Landworks was started in 2025 by Brian Bressani and his son, operating out of Greeneville, Tennessee. We’re a family-owned and operated business, and that means something to us. Every job that goes out under our name is one we stand behind personally.
The decision to start Apex Landworks came from a simple reality: there’s a lot of land in this part of Tennessee, and a lot of property owners who need reliable help maintaining it. Whether it’s a homeowner trying to reclaim overgrown acreage, a developer who needs a cleared and stabilized site, or a rural property owner whose gravel driveway gets worse every time it rains — these are real, consistent needs, and we built this business to meet them.
