We offer three primary services: forestry mulching, gravel driveway repair and regrading (including culvert work and drainage), and hydro-seeding. We work with landowners, homebuilders, and commercial developers throughout East Tennessee and Western North Carolina.
Yes. We provide free estimates on all of our services. We’ll come out to the property, take a look at what’s needed, and give you a clear picture of what the work involves before anything is agreed to.
We’re based in Greeneville, TN, and typically work within about an hour to an hour and a half of that area. That includes Knoxville, Johnson City, Morristown, Jonesborough, Kingsport, Maryville, Newport, and Asheville, NC, along with the communities in between. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our range, just give us a call.
Yes. Apex Landworks is a father and son business based in Greeneville. There’s no middle man between you and the people doing the work — when you hire us, you’re working directly with us.
Most of our customers are rural landowners and property owners, residential homebuilders, and commercial developers. Some are managing large acreages, others have a specific project like a washed-out driveway or a recently cleared build site that needs seeding. We work with whoever needs the land services we provide.
Our land clearing work is done through forestry mulching, which handles brush, smaller trees, and dense overgrowth. We don’t do large tree felling or stump removal. We can grind stumps down to ground level during a mulching job, but pulling stumps out entirely is not part of what we do.
We’re available Sunday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We’re closed on Saturdays.
